The GNU tools is a collection of OpenSource software for system development.

Refereed Research Software

The Journal on Software Tools for Technology Transfer (STTT) aims at discussing issues related to the design and implementation of tools for development of computer systems.

Associated with the journal is the Electronic Tool Integration (ETI) platform, a repository of tools that is accessible online and that enables readers to experiment with the tools discussed in articles. Tools published in the repository are refereed like journal articles.

The ETI is not a distribution facility and the software in it is not required to be open source.
